“A boutique pharmacy without the boutique prices” is how one of our clients described us.  I take this as confirmation of what I have tried to do with Good Pharma-- to provide a high degree of service with economical prices.  Imagine the small independent pharmacy of your childhood and the type of service they offered….that is what we are trying to do here.  I opened Good Pharma in 2011 after working for the past 30 years as a compounding pharmacist in San Diego, operating out of two highly respected independent pharmacies.

Good Pharma provides excellent service, reasonable prices, and free shipping for most prescriptions.  Our pharmacy provides a calm space for individual consultations about any of your compounded medications.  We also provide consultations via phone or e-mail.  I am one of the few pharmacists in the country who is a Nationally Certified Menopause Practitioner with the North American Menopause Society and have over 35 years of experience with bio-identical hormones.

Good Pharma is a small operation, and we intend to stay small to continue to offer the level of service to which our clients have become accustomed.  Our pharmacy staff is unique in that I employ three members of the same family who have been with me from the beginning.  Jenny is our Head Certified Pharmacy Technician and has worked with me for over 15 years. In addition to her experience with bio-identical hormones, she also has an interest in veterinary pharmacy.  Lillian is also a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Stacy, joined us full time after her college graduation. Stacy does the data entry work and keeps the office running smoothly as our Office Manager.

Our most recent addition is pharmacist Ed Leimanis.  Ed graduated from U.C. Berkeley and UCSD School of pharmacy.  When I first met him years ago as an intern pharmacist, I knew he would be a good fit for Good Pharma.

We operate our pharmacy in the heart of North Pacific Beach, across the street from the French Gourmet on Turquoise St.  Stop in and say hello if you are ever in our neighborhood.
